SWAT 4 është një lojë taktike FPS. Në lojë ju duhet të kalojë 14 mision ekip SWAT. Këto misione nuk janë të lidhura.Lojë është bërë si ju do një ekip i vërtetë SWAT anëtar. Për shembull, ju nuk mund të kenë nevojë për të xhiruar një të dyshuar për ta arrestuar atë, nëse ai thjesht nuk do të ju bëjë një objektiv armë. Nivelet mund të kryhet duke mbledhur pikë. Pikët do të lënduar një pak më shumë se peng, ekipi do të humbasë një shok, duke përdorur forcë të tepruar mbi bandit dhe kështu me radhë. Ju keni 4 shok grupi, të cilin ju nuk mund të kontrollojë drejtpërdrejt, por ju mund të jepni komandat.Loja ka një shumë të armëve të ndryshme, granata dhe sende të tjera.

SWAT 4 is a tactical FPS game. In the game you have to pass mission 14 SWAT team. These missions are not related. The game is made like you would a real SWAT team member.
